Question about Nortel Norstar 16-Line PBX Speakerphone
I want to be able to answer and hang up my calls w/out selecting a line or pushing RLS how do I do this?
Answering a call on a meridian phone can be determined in software by giving priority to the line that is ringing rather than the one that is configured on the first key key 0.you can have several lines on the phone and in this way when you lift off, the line that is ringing is the one that is answered automatically rather than having to press the actual key itself.so unless you are familiar with the s/w overlays it will be hard for you to change your current setup yourself
