Something in the rear of the printer broke during printing. I can manage for now without the printer because what I really need is the scanner. But I can't scan because of the message "PC Print Pending" "Paper jam 2". I would love to delete the pending print job
Have you tried to delete the print job from the computer? After that is done reset the printer by turning it off (30 sec) then on again. If that doesn't work take the paper out and start cleaning your printer with canned air, Q-tips and a cap full of water.

That happens all the times when first print job encounter a problem and stops printing and it was followed by series of print jobs. Some reasons for stop printing could be a printer out of paper and printer not set as default printer.
The best way to fix it is to cancel all pending jobs. When print jobs window is cleared off pending print jobs, restart your PC and your printer. Then go to your printer and make sure it is the default printer.
After that try printing a test page. Once a test page is successful, you can now print as many as you want.
If you are not able to print and all your documents go in documents pending you may want to check the following. Go to printer and scanner setting, right click on printer icon and put away the check on offline printing. Now you should be able to print without problems. Let me know if you solved the problem
restart the print spooler service from "services.msc"..also check if your printer works in safe mode or not,if it prints there you must try stopping firewall settings & then try to print.. also delete the pending items to print from the list first...
Well this could be a number of issues. First of all try to make sure the printer is on, (yes I know very stupid request but I've seen it happen thousands of times). Then make sure the printer is connected to the PC, either via USB or LPT port or whatever the case maybe. Thirdly, you want to make sure that the printer is installed on the PC. If you goto START/PRINTERS & FAXES, and see if there are any other documents that are stuck or pending, try to delete them out or delete the printer and reinstall it. Then try to print again.
shut down the printer and computer both then on only the pc and cancel allthe pending documents from it then again shut down your pc check allthe wires connected properly then on both printer and pc.it will work properly.feel free for further assistance.
