Question about Toshiba Satellite A105 Notebook
I have a toshiba laptop that I'm am trying to fix for my friend. I need to get it back to him asap due to the fact that he uses it for college classes. Anyways I wiped the drive and reinstalled windows xp home edition. My problem is that now there is no network drivers (therefore no internet access) and I do not have the disks. I can order the disks from toshiba but that would take too long to get to me by mail. I have another computer that is connected to the internet and I have an external hard drive. Is there anything that I can do to get the drivers from my computer to the toshiba via external hard drive?
Go to http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp?nav=Product%20Support#
select your product and download the drivers to your external drive
connect it to your friends laptop and install them, if you want it quicker just get the network drivers from the site, transfer and install then you can get all the other drivers directly to the laptop you are working on
hope that helps you, these are from the US site btw, if you want them for other locations (shouldn't make a difference) then go to toshiba.com and select your region
