Procomm Plus and norton 360 are compitable to each other but r not not compitable to work on your operating system .u will just need to format your pc and clean the Procomm Plus files from it and then also delete the norton 360 from your operating system.and then u will be able to reinstall the Procomm Plus after formatting the pc.then instead of norton 360 install any other antivirus software like symantec or avg

please click the following link and read the instructions and also read this part of the instructions

    as------

Since a file cannot be copied over it's possible that it's due to permissions on the destination folder. If you have an AV installed you could put that file in as an exception. The other option would be to try to install in safe mode. You can base the steps off of the following document:

    ---------------------

u can also try clicking this another link and follow the onscreen instructions.

Cant print from procom screen..print job is sent to the printer (icon in tool bar )..but the printer does not print

This can be a number of reasons, but first check to see if you printer is online. Attempt to print a test page. Instead of PrtScreen, highlight everything on the screen, right click, print and in the printer options print "selection". Try to reboot you computer, if everything in cue starts to print, it's operating system based, if it doesn't it's your printer perhaps. Too many variables to diagnose on a comment board. Please remember to rate me!

Printer only sends paper to tray 1 when printing from procomm...

Sounds like a Procomm issue. Since I am not familiar with Procomm I can help you any further. But here is my analysis: All other application except for Procomm prints to tray 2. That is because all those applications use the setting as configured in your printer properties in Windows. What Procomm seems to be doing is trying to load a special paper from the manual feed tray, that is tray 1. You will have to check with in this Procomm application where you can change the printer properties so you can specify it to use tray 2 as the default. This is all within Procomm and has nothing to do with Windows nor your printer.
