Question about Panasonic SR-LA10N 5.5-Cup Rice Cooker
My panasonic SR-LA10N rice cooker have two lamps flashing, one is the "start", the other is "timer". At this time no key is functional. I think I need to reset it, How to do reset for this rice cooker?Thank you!
Here is the link for the user manual if you need it http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/vProdSupportModel?displayTab=R&surfModel=SR-LA10N&modelNo=SR-LA10N&storeId=15001&catalogId=11017&itemId=65851&displayServiceCenter=true# I think you may possibly cure this by pressing and holding start as you plug the unit in. also try pressing start and timer together when plugging in. If this doesn't help then unfortunately; Panasonic recommend that the unit needs to be serviced - you can contact them on 1-800-211-7262 for more details or online at http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/vProdSupportContact?storeId=15001#email I hope this helps :)
