The installation CD for my YP K3J broke into several pieces and the mirror surface fell off. The retailer refers me continally to Samsung Electronics. I sent the offending CD to Customer Service Samsung Electronics. To date NO REPLY at All. As a pensioner I cannot afford to buy a new MP3 player.
How do I get Samsung to replace the faulty CD? Michael

Go to the START menu. Click on RUN. type in devmgmt.msc and hit enter. Make sure you have the player plugged in and the installer CD should be on your CD drive. Now look for the category PORTABLE DEVICES or OTHER DEVICES. the YP-K3 should be listed there with a yellow question mark. Right click on it and select update driver. Follow the prompts to update. The player should be recognized after that.
