Clean your lens using a smooth cloth, if that does not work then make sure your images are in focus first

Cloudy screen

It's possible that you have moisture on the inside of your camera, causing the sensor to fog up. It is also possible that you have fog on your lens as well. I have had cloudy images with my Nikon when it fogged up inside. The best thing to do is to make sure it dries out. This usually solves itself so long as you are in a dry location, but if not I would take your camera to a local repair shop to have it looked at and fixed. It really does sound like a moisture issue however. Do NOT dry your camera using heat or anything! If it doesn't dry on it's own, take it to a pro to get it fixed.

The picture are cloudy

Hi try to check the lens glass if there's a moisture or finger print. sometimes this is the cuase of cloudy picture. try to clean by soft cloth without any liquid and make it sure be gently while you clean it to prevent from scratch.

if the problem still occur try to reset you camera to default maybe your setting is wrong or not good for the specific scenery.

if still occur you have problem inside of the lens unit and you need to bring to service center for estimation first before you proceed to repair.

thank you and good luck my friend

Outdoors are turning out to be very white/cloudy

The camera is allowing too much light in. Try to adjust your ISO setting to a higher setting, that should work, unless your sensor is going bad

White cloudy spots on my images - a recent problem

If these are like "bubble" spots and they appear in different places on each photo, I'm guessing you're shooting flash pictures indoors. The spots are dust particles in the air reflecting the flash. This happens on small point-and -shoots because the flash is almost in the same plane as the lens.

Gray cloudy spot in center of photos;distorted light streaks

Time for another. Sell yours to a repairman in an ebay auction, keeping your accessories, and buy a working used on without accessories cheap.

Or this may be a good time to either buy another TZ3 refurb w/warranty(90 days I think) or a new one one Ebay. They are very reasonable since being replaced with the newer TZ5.

Cloudy Lense and Unfocused Pictures

There may have been some condensation inside the camera if it was dumped in a front yard. That could account for the cloudy appearance. We could try to reset the camera and see if that helps. Turn the camera on and press menu. Go to setup and then down to reset. Go right and highlight ok and then press select. Now try it and see it that's better. If not you may have to have someone clean the inside of the lens.

Fuzzy, cloudy pictures

As basic as it sounds, is the lens dirty? The tiny surfaces of digital cameras' lenses really affect image quality. Also check the image quality setting to ensure you're shooting at a high quality setting.
