I have a kenmore upright, Progressive , Direct drive with itelliclean.
I replaced bag, cleaned all filters , replaced all filters properly , all compartments are closed securely and correctly.
The brushes are spinning but the suction isnt working at all. Thank you in advance to your prompt response.

I have figured it out!!!! It was the Intake air flow fliter. It has a airflow direction. It is located in the back bottom of vacuum. I had it in the wrong direction. !! The second I put it to the proper direction it worked perfectly!

I took out the air flow filter at the back of the vacuum and turned it on, somehow the clog cleared. Then I put the filter back in and it works perfectly! Barb
