Question about Printers & Copiers
We have an error 990 on our Ricoh 3050N. It says to turn off and on, but that does not solve it.
We got the same error on our machine, so I called Ricoh Direct Tech Support and they said it is a known manufacturer's error. All you have to do is 1. make sure your product is registered, 2. call them up and tell them the error and 3. they will send you a new machine. You will have to send back the old machine in the same box, but they provide the RMA for you to ship it back in.
