Question about Canon imageRUNNER 2020 All-In-One Laser Printer
I connected the IR 2020 to the router via the rj45 and the indicater light on the router shows that the printer is connected to the port but I am unable to view or connect to the printer from any of the computers on the network.
Prob not a privalges problem unless you are using a DC more like a firewall problem try reboting the router

Try to conect directly with cross utp cable to an pc, if every thing works, its your network problem (maybe privilegies, banns,...) if not ... good luck :-)

Ok. on canon products there will be a network port but does not mean its a network printer, iR2020 is copier only and iR2020i will be network printer i version will be network ready, non i version would not, but can be by purchasing the bootrom to be installed to enable the network function. or you can use the USB function to one pc or usb hub to multiple pc's
