Jet 3 Ultra, batteries 1 yr old, charge voltage only 26.3 volts output from onboard charger when batts drained after extended use. After charging overnight, batts are 12 volts each, but chair goes 1.5...

Mark Batteries your charger is putting our enuf 13.15 volts for each battery so after charging all night you should be reading about 13 volts on each. If your batts are only 12 volts after all night charge then batteries are weak Hope this helps

i think that the battery has had its last run. Plus the computer want into safe mode and froze and force shut down. this is not bad. this just means you have o get a new battery cord. i have had the same issue.
CATION: charging again may result in sizzling or fire.

Not always the batteries, the chargers are made like garbage, I've gone throught 3 on my power wheelchair. The wheelchair companies will charge you over $300 for new chargers, check EBAY and get one for under $76 they work great and have a warranty

My cell get heated when i put charge batt chg circuit of cell isnot functioning i get batt chg from universal charger nokia1100

Usually it is the battery hat is becoming old enough to internally short and this will cause it to work poorly and not ever fully charge, and get warmer than normal or hot when attempting to charge for more than 1/2 hour. Sometimes the chargr can go bad and over charge, thus making the battery too warm. if you have a car cell phone charger that plugs into cigarette lighter outlet , you can atach this and see if battery gets too warm, but these chargers usually charge faster than electric plug-in type, so expect some warmth within 20 minutes, but again if too warm than you know itis the battery. For these unnits batteries are not expensive.

Won't turn on

Did you try to disconnect the battery and connect you mac book to the charger? If it turns on with the power connected and without the battery, probably your battery is broken.

Plugged in, not charging inspiron 1521

Hi,

This is a known issue with the AC adapter. If you are under warranty Dell would replace the AC adapter which will fix the issue. If not you may need to purchase one. Also do make sure you have the latest BIOS update on the laptop.

Latest BIOS
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&releaseid=R178138&SystemID=INS_PNT_PM_1521&servicetag=&os=WLH&osl=en&deviceid=13136&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=3&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=1&fileid=242484
Before updating the BIOS make sure you unplug all the USB devices and restart the computer once, and only then start the BIOS update.

Hope this helps. Please rate your feedback!
Thanks,
VJ

No power, all buttons flash when connected to ac charger

if charger voltage is ok then it could be phones charging controler is not working. if phonebook is only thing you need could recharge battery directly from your charger and then save your phone book. cut off charging plug-connector from your charger make two bare wires and then apply red wire to battery "+" and blck to "-". 5min of charging will be enough to copy your data

check the batt mayb your batt drained off... try using other batt.  if still doesnt work, probably you have a software or hardware failure...

but if it works w/ other batt try charging it, if still doesnt charge your phone charging section have a prob...
