Question about Car Audio & Video
JUST INSTALLED THIS RADIO / CD. FOUND AFTER STORING RADIO STATIONS INTO THE MEMORY WHEN SWITCHING OFF THE IGNITION THE STROED MEMORY STATIONS ARE ALL LOST. KEEP HAVING TO GO BACK AND SAVE RADIO STATIONS AGAIN. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP
It sounds like you have not connected the B+ Battery backup wire so it retains all memory (radio stations & CD track info). There are 2 power wires (RED & YELLOW). 1 of them labelled B+ need to be connected to a permanent 12V supply and the wire labelled ACC needs to be connected to the ignition switch.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
