Doubtful, you've plugged it into a voltage of nearly twice its rating. My guess is that you've blown it up.

My ac adoptor has a storhage and I need a new one where can I get a new one(ACpower adaptor)

On the back of one of the speakers, there will be 3 plugs; a green one, a grey one, and a black one. The black one is the power plug. Right below the power plug it says the voltage needed (I could only find one picture online, and it looks like it says 15v, which would be 15 volts). That number is the needed supply voltage, so search google for (number under plug) volt power adapter.

Can i open this adapter and check whether there is any problem with the hardware which can be fixed or not ?

This can be opened but it is not designed to be opened and serviced. If you have the correct voltage coming out it is good. Test for DC voltage at the end that plugs into the computer. If the voltage isn't correct check for AC voltage using a voltage tester at the plug and the cord that connects the power adapter to AC source. This is very important, DO NOT CONFUSE THE TWO TEST, this can cause injury and damage test equipment. If AC voltage is present but the adapter is not converting it to DC it is best that you simply replace the unit.

I plugged the wrong voltage cord into the monitor, and now the correct cord doesn't work. Can it be fixed?

You may have shorted out the AC plug. You'll need to test it for continuity by using a voltmeter.

If it is shorted out, then you'll need to have the plug replaced.

There is power to dryer but won't start. the light is on. Voltage to main is 122V AC, voltage to start switch is 59V AC

If I'm not mistaken, your voltage is only half of what it should be. Check your main power supply.
