Make sure your fan is working ,its located behind the freezers back wall. If it is working the vent from the freezer down to the refridgerater may be blocked. With out a fan you have no circulation but your freezer may look likes its working,it may last 3 days. Also if you can move everything out unplug it turn it off w/ doors open 12 to 24 hrs this will free up any clogged tubes. Good luck.

My dryer heats but doesnt stop wben timer is set

In some dryer's the control panel relies on a thermistor rather than a CYCLING thermostat to regulate the drum's air temperature by monitoring the component's resistance changes; resistance goes down as temperature increases and up when temperature decreases. Once the drum's air temperature reaches a certain level required to dry clothes, the control panel shuts off the heater. The panel will turn the heater on again and begin another heating cycle when the thermistor indicates that more heat is needed to keep the air temperature constant inside the drum

Lastly check your moister sensor. ( located inside the dryer door usually) Especially if machine seems to shut down early and clothes are still wet.
Test with a meter at room temperature and it should show continuity.
A failed moisture sensor will affect the dryer run time in the automatic moisture sensing cycle but it will not affect the heating of the dryer or the timed cycle. Which are reflected by the thermostats.

Cant find temperature control knob

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that you are looking for the temperature control knob on your Frigidaire freezer, model# FFU2064DW. The temperature control is located inside your freezer on upright models, and on the left outside wall on chest models. The temperature is factory preset to provide satisfactory food storage temperatures. However, the temperature control is adjustable to provide a range of temperatures for your personal satisfaction. However, the temperature control is adjustable to provide a range of temperatures for your personal satisfaction. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

Location of temperature sensor that operates the temperature gauge

Follow the upper rad hose to the thermostat housing. It will be there. There are two, one is the ECT (engine coolant temperature SENSOR) and the other is the temperature SENDING UNIT (input for temp. gauge ONLY). f83e91b9-4b48-476a-8c50-10735b376bf1.png

To change the bulb in freser

The problem here will be the internal fuse has blown, Take the screws out around the lip at the rear then lift the chassis off, Once the chassis (casing) is off look behind the control board near where the power cord comes in.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Too cold

Refrigerators and freezers have a thermostat control inside the refrigerator compartment. It is normally some type of dial with numbers and a graphic indicating warmer or colder.

Place a thermometer inside the cold box. Wait one hour and record the temperature. Adjust the thermostat one or two numbers warmer, then wait 12 hours and record the temperature.

The interior temperature for a refrigerator must be below 40F for food safety. A good range is 35-38F.

2005 Mercury Monterey with check engine code P0128; what does it mean?

P0128 is Coolant Thermostat ( Coolant Temp Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature ). The thermostat may be stuck open, preventing normal operating Temperature from beeing reached. How is the heat inside the car is it below normal ? Or the engine Coolant Temperature Sensor may be faulty and needs to be replaced. Good Luck and have a good XMASS.

The interior rear view mirror has temperature and compass displays, but only work for a short time at start- up.I have tried unplugging the harness on the back of the mirror and cleaning contacts. It`s...

Temperature Display
The inside rearview mirror supplies a 5 volt signal circuit and low reference circuit to the ambient air temperature sensor. The inside rearview mirror monitors and records the voltage on the signal circuit of the ambient air temperature sensor. The inside rearview mirror uses this recorded voltage to display the temperature on the temperature display portion of the compass/temperature display. The temperature display will show "ICE" when the ignition is first turned on and the current temperature is 3°C (37°F) or below. The display will toggle between "ICE" and the actual outside temperature for approximately 4 minutes.
The mirror will display "OC" if the mirror senses a temperature of less than -40°C (-40°F).
the mirror will display a "SC" if the mirror senses a temperature of greater than 112°C (143°F).

Replace the inside rearview mirror with compass. Refer to Inside Rearview Mirror Replacement .

Is there an ambient temperature range outside of which the freezer won't work well? Will it go down to zero degrees?

It seem ambient temperature will not affect so much inside temperature since any freezer has good insulation. Normally freezer will go down to below zero degree

Cooker not heating to rquired temperature

Your electronic control may be at fault. It receives a signal from the oven sensor probe tosence what the temperature is. The best way to rule out a possible bad oven sensor is to remove the 2 screws on the oven sensor (in the oven cavity) and pull gently on it until the wiring connector appears, then disconnect the plastic connector. Use your OHM meter to check resistance on the probe terminals. A probe at room temperature will register about 1040 to 1125 OHMs if good. If good, the electronics controlling the oven temperature would be the problem.
