Question about TallyGenicom 8008 Laser Printer
We have 2 printers both exhibiting the same problem. Approximately halfway down the page (A4) a second ghost image is superimposed on the original. Both printers have had their photosensitive green gelts replaced due to deterioration of the originals but these show no sign of any residual image which I believe is the cause of the problem. Could it be the main drum and if so how do I fix it
Replace whole cartridge, if problem still exist then you have go fuser roller ( heat roller ).
