i was stupid and didnt check the voltage on my adapter and it was 24v instead of19v now it wont work can it be fixed

- Someone said the whole curcit board is has been burnt out is this true or am i being ripped off.

yes it can be fixed , one or two components in the power circuit went and most likely can be replaced to restore power into the rest of the circuits

- it may be that some part is not available for replacement and the only way to repair it would be to get the whole board from the manufacturer , so without seeing for myself the damage that has happened or doing research to see if there are equivalent parts available , it is hard to say if they are ripping you off or not
