Question about Computers & Internet
My Dell thinkpad asked me to update windows, but ever since then it just says it failed to initialize and turns to a black screen. I already tried the F8 return to the most recent configuation, but that did not help at all...still just a black screen. Any other suggestions?
Dell usually have CD Windows Installation, try to boot from the CD and choose to repair the windows installation.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
