Comodo Ask you if you want to make a backup of the registry before you optimize it. Thats is a good thing.
The invalid registry keys are deleted, now you only thing is to restart the computer, when you press Done Comodo ask you about that.
after choose to restart now or restart later, does not matter, but when you restart the computer a window will appear from Comodo and here is the important thing: If your programs not working or the computer comes with errors, you just press
Restore (registry)and restart the computer :O)
I must say, I am totally satisfied with Comodo System Cleaner and use it once a mounth.

NB. It is always possible to restore the registry :o) just choose the Backup tab on the default window and here are all the backups. Remember Comodo System Cleaner are not only a registry cleaner, but much much more.
