Acer Empowering tools...

I don't know what is the empowering password of Aspire, but I know how to reset windows password when forogot it.

Two ways:

One, reset disk, if you have created before.
Two, windows password reset tool .

There's some problem with the Acer official website, recently we can download everything, but these days, it's unfortunate that no download option is available, but if you still have the Acer Utility Software/CD that came with the Laptop or if the utilities are installed on your computer, you can try running the eRecovery Utility following this instructions (click here) and you can download the eRecovery from here (click here)

Am having problem with my laptop acer extensa empowering 5420-5687, the problem lies on it's bluetooth I search for the infra-red and found it but the bluetooth can't be find. could you please help find this out.

have you check the manufacture website for the dirvers

i assume your d drive is cd or dvd rom.
you can edit your windows registry, follow this step from microsoft.
