Question about Motorola Mobility A1000
Hi there may be a problem with the connector that links the camera's cmos sensor to the phone's mainboard. Maybe it goot loose and now it's not making a perfect electrical connection. Another possible cause can be the phone's firmware. However in both situation you will need to go to a service center to have them fix your phone. It's the safest and easiest way. If you do want that, I can assist you to dissasemble your phone to check the connections yourself but it will pe pretty hard without all the necesary hardware. Please post back for more informations if you need.
