Hi there! Here are the steps on how to restore the factory settings on your nokia phone 6300: Before you start reformatting your phone kindly backup all the stored data on your phone because doing a hard reset will delete all the files stored on your phone. The first thing that you have to do is to remove your memory card on your cellphone. Then after that please tap *#7370# on the phone. When prompted by the phone to "Restore all original settings"confirm Yes" by pressing on the left-soft key. You may have to enter the security code of the phone before the restore process begins. The default code is 12345. And then after that press "OK" after entering the security code for the restore process to begin. The phone will restart to begin the formatting process.
this occurs because u r makin gvideos in high quality.
the mms video message can only be sent if the video is in 3gp format and the length limit is abt 10 sec i think.
in the camera go to settings and then set the video resoultion to any of the following depending on ur phone:
hope this helps
Hmmm, to be honest the only suggestion I could make at this point would be to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or Nokia Service Point. The chances are they will need to either flash the phone or perform a full reset (factory settings + format) of the phone so you would lose all content (contacts, images, video, sms, mms, emails etc.). I'm really sorry I couldn't offer any better advice.
since it is a MMS service, so hav to save its settings,i.e. mms settings on your phone. for that you hav to contact your customer care executive and ask him for mms settings, he will tell u the right keywords for it. then u will recieve your mms settings, then u can send or recieve the pictures or videos..... it will help you.....
1)Delete all MMS settings (Menu>Settings>Config. settings>Default config settings)then restore ur phone and get new settings from ur service provider
2)Check start up settings of ur phone
Try delete some bookmarks and unwanted stuff from your phone memory (I mean, free-up some phone memory) and try. If it do not work then, You should reset your mobile to factory settings first, then reset your MMS settings asper your operators instruction.
