What is the definition of Username? Is it my Email address?

Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. I am assuming you are asking this question in the terms of an operating system because it is in the operating systems section. In the case of OSs, the username is not your email adress, but usually you don't need to type in your username. For websites, it differs. Some use your email as your username, some use a unique username, and some use both.

I have lose my web cam cd model name is jvice pc 810 now u tell what i do

The software which you require is called a driver. If you lost the CD there is nothing to worry because you can download drivers from internet. You only have to Google or use any web search engine. You need to provide the manufacturer's name and model name as you have provided but there is a catch that you have not provided your Operating system (like Windows XP, Vista, 7 etc). If the driver does not work make sure to re-escalate for the web cam driver including the Operating System because there is a different driver for each Operating system platform.

Download you driver from here.
