Question about JVC HR-XVC27U DVD Player/VCR
I thought region 0's should play anywhere. When in my dvd player, I get a region code error. When in my computer it says Western Europe, Japan and South Africa support this disc. This is region 2 even though the dvd sleeve says it is region 0.

have been looking for hacks myself but as yet can't find one...
I have seen remote controls for sale on Ebay for this (Converts to multi region at the press of a button) seem to sell at reasonable prices.
Has limited life say around 10 uses.

SOURCE: code error country
insert the dvd disc from other region then the region code error will flash on the tv screen, then press the on screen button on your remote twice, then search search for the clock and set it to 0:00:00 and enter and it will automatically play.
