Loud noises, bangs and sounds like water falling

My double door Kelvinater refrigerator was not cooling, and I was told the gas had leaked out due to damage to the pipe. New gas was filled in, and since then,I can hear loud bangs, noises and sounds like water falling whenever the compresser is working. Now, water is leaking from the bottom of the freezer compartment, where ice has accumulated.

If it’s a banging sound--- I know one of the noises the system 2000 will make is a bang or rattle at the end of the run cycle, which we call "shudder stop". If this is your noise then I have to give you some bad news here. Sorry....... The only way of repairing this is by having your compressor replaced as it has to do with an internal problem in the compressor itself. There may be a silver lining, though, if you are the original purchaser and you have the receipt. Some of these systems came with a 10 year warranty on the compressor, so you might want to check this out.good luck

True T-49F 55", 2 Door Solid, Reach In Freezer. It sounds like it is one but it is not getting even cool? True Freezer.

Question edited for a lot more clarity.
Question moved to True Freezer category.

You need a refrigeration engineer. It sounds like is has a leak and needs topping up with refrigerant gas. Things that also need checking, circulation fan working and that the defrost timer and defrost heater, and electronic thermostat are working correctly. Refrigeration is not a handyman job.

My Samsung Refrigerator is making a noise that sounds like an old style door bell. It a loud buzz that occurs several times a day. Do you have any ideas?

Your refrigerator has at least three motors with fans in addition to the compressor motor. The one most suspect is the one that passes air from the freezer to the refrigerator.

Fridge water sound

This kind of noises produced gas in cooling system.
In the old coolers never heard sounds like streaming water because the compressors were very loud due to high pressures (12 bars or more), which were required for efficient cooling. Today we use more ecological gases which work (from 5 to 6 bars) at much lower pressures, thus compressors produce much less noises and now suddenly we hear sounds that never before heard. Generally speaking noises is lower, measured in decibels.

Freezer gurgles

    • Give it mouth wash lol

Check the water valve on the back of the refrigerator if it has an ice maker. Make sure the valve is turned completely on and not constricting the flow of water to the refrigerator via the water supply line. You might also hear a simultaneous buzzing sound when the gurgling noise occurs. In some refrigerator models, this filling process is on a timer, and you might hear the buzzing and/or gurgling every 15 minutes or so.

    • Check the water supply line for leaks or damage. You might see a puddle of liquid on the floor. If air is pulled into the water line as the refrigerator is pulling in water, that can create a gurgling noise. Replace the damaged hose yourself, or contact an appliance repair technician for assistance

      • f he refrigerator to feel a slight vibration. This is probably the compressor processing the refrigerant, which is a liquid. This flow of refrigerant can produce a gurgling sound, and it is normal. However, a simple way to reduce this noise is to make fewer trips to the fridge. When you open the door, you let hot air in, which means the compressor has to work harder (and gurgle the refrigerant more) to cool things back down.

    • Wait while the refrigerator completes its defrosting cycle if you hear water dripping and gurgling in the freezer area. When the heating coil turns on, the melted water from the frost flows down to a drain pan for evaporation to take place. The defrost process usually takes about 30 minutes. This is automatic and cannot be prevented in most refrigerators. Keep the closed to try to prevent unnecessary frost buildup.

    • Wait while the water equalizes in the refrigerator if you hear a gurgling sound when shutting the door. This is normal and is a result of air being forced through the drain tube. The gurgling can last several seconds but should eventually dissipate this usually happens with old fridges upgrade its a good investment

Ice machine 3 beeps

signal means freeze cycle is over 60 minutes. Look for: stuck float, water valve leaking water into sump, hot gas valve leaking hot gas into the cool side of the refrigeration system. start there.

Frigidaire glhs36eesb5

Good Morning Salahuddin, if you refrigerator is not cooling, it could have floating restriction in the line or something more complicated like an issue with the sealed system that only a professional can repair. This can include the compressor not working, the evaporator fan not turning, or even coolant in the lines at incorrect levels to properly cool. If the compressor is running, humming, or even a little warm that is typically normal. I suggest cleaning the unit out including the coils you can reach (typically located in the bottom behind the toe grille) and make sure no food items are blocking any vents in the unit. Also try checking and see if the door seal is bad; place a dollar bill between the body of the freezer and the door. Now close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing. If any of these suggestions prove to be ineffective, connect with a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues.

Samsung french door refrigerator ice maker no dispenser defroster leaking water into bottom and produce drawers

If it is a frost free unit the water collects in a well at the compressor , there is a heater element in the well that boils off the water , this is were the fault is.

Frigidaire won't make ice & dispenses only about 4 oz. cold water

Water frozen in the freezer supply line - you need to thaw out the freezer. About six hours, door open, turn freezer OFF. You'll need a cooler with dry ice for your frozen food. 99% certain it'll work after that.
