i need owner's manual

i cant get pictures on to my sansa e260

i turn it on and it says keys locked system shutdown

pluged my e260 in computer does not want to turn on

help please. i cannot do anything with the sansa e260. the disk is no help, just brings me to bestbuy's player. windows media player gives me an error message. no matter what i do, music won't transfer.
i've read at various sites that the player has to be synchonized. what is this & how do i do that?
