To enter simulation mode to reset errors enter this sequence on keypad.
P, * , CA , P then enter sim # 14 to reset code.
press " custom settings" button to return to previous menu and CA to exit sim mode.

Your machine has automatic fuser pressure control. It's supposed to release pressure when you shut it down, and reset it on startup. This is done by a combo of a motor & gear on the machine and a gear on the fuser. Somehow this has gotten reversed or jammed. you need to take the fuser out and make sure the gear is in the right position and that no rods are in the way (there's a cleaning rod resting on your lower fuser roller, often this will tuck under its' mounting rode and wedge)
Ensure you are in COPY mode
press # * C * ( one after the other, fairly quickly)
when the screen changes enter the number 14 on the keypad
press the B&W start button
press 1 for Yes when the question displays
press thw CA button
machine will re-boot and fault should clear. If it doesnt you need a service engineer. This is a fuser temperature fault
Yes H5-01 is when it jams in the fuser 5 times in a row, check the fuser section for a jam, the paper jams up in there and does't trigger any sensors, once you have confirmed that its clear reset with sim code 14
