FIRST U MUST CONFORM THAT THE DRIVER SOFTWARE HAS BEEN INSTALL IN UR COMPUTER OR NOT.

IF IT IS, THEN MANUALY UR WEB CAM OCCURING SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM.

OR

IF NOT, THEN INSTALL THE DRIVER SOFTWARE OF UR WEB CAM IN UR COMPUTER... AND REBOOT THE COMPUTER...
