Tech guys only.. Remove rare,side,top covers, rare metal sheet cover, you can see the Low vol power supply, check input 220V/110V(depends power standards) fuse. If fuse burnt check primary section is there any component failed? replace same rated fuse the try it.. if successful no issue, if fuse burnt repeats replace "Power Supply".
If fuse burnt after fuser drive starts, replace another fuser then try it. (faulty fuser also one of the cause to fuse burnt)

Doest scan
IF U have photoshop or paintshop pro or any graphics/paint program open it and choose aquire or import and then choose your printer and scan from there. If that works then the scanner is fine and you need to reinstall the scanning software from your disc or HP.com

I have printer 5550 problem power i changed fus then i conect power then damage fuse again whats problem.
The power supply in the printer is shorting out the mains input. Its always best to replace the power supply unit for a new one.. If you go to HP Partsufer (google it) you will see if the PSU is available. Alot of HP parts are not available but you should be ok on this one though.

Booting up
one light is for hardrive activity , the other is to show the power is on.. the flashing one is most likely the power light as most computers will tell you when thier ill....the beeping is an error code and should be in some pattern EG: Power LED blinks red twice, once a second, followed by a two second pause. Or something like that. Take note of the pattern and repost it here, then we can give you a specific area to look at.
