Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
I have a sansa 250 mp3 player. i recently just got a new computer. as i tried to download music onto my mp3 player a message kept popping up saying that i have to install new hardware. it tried to install something called mtp for my sansa. then it said that it would not be able to install because i do not have the installation cd. i did not need the installation cd when i first got this mp3 player. what do i do if i do not have the installation cd? I don't have the setup disk that came with my SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player. I can not get it to pop up the files, or download any files to it.
