Problem for GE Security Simon 3 Wireless Home Security System

Wont let go of the phone line

simon is connecting to all my zones but not communacting with my monatering fucility. they are not reciving any of my test.
and when i connect the phone line simion wont stop dilling out.
my wirring is correct and im getting the right resistiancein the phone jack please help.

Hi normally in this situation the problem is either bad programming or bad wiring. The system has your phone line and it is repeatting its attepts to dial out usually about 15x after that it stops and releases phone line.

have your monitoring facility remotely connect to your unit and check the programing. also you need a standard potts (analog) phone line, not a voip, cable company or uverse line.
