Sharp Notevision PG-B10S loses signal

My projector loses signal everytime when their is some sort of bright flash like an explosion during a movie that I'm watching (DVD and Blu Ray) or during gameplay (Xbox 360) and just started doing it about 2 months ago (had projector for over 4 years) lamplife still has 70%. I use a Component to VGA adapter if that helps. But doesn't do it over my LCD tv.

It is more likely to be a problem with the laptop. If the projector comes on fine then it isn't seeing the signal. Maybe check the cables and outputs. It may be a setting in the diplay properties. Or the video card has failed. Good luck

The projector must not be used upside down. There is no way to invert the image because of this restriction.
