When I plug in my RCA RP5016 it says that the device is found and then it suddenly says that the device is not recognized. So I downloaded what I could but it is still not being recognized. Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated. I have Windows XP

Start the digital Voice Manager and copy your files to your hard drive if you have space. If not, you can access them directly through your Voice Manager's interface
