Question about HP DeskJet 810c InkJet Printer
My printer spat out a glob of black ink during a print job, then stopped printing and flashed the ink refill light. I've checked that the ink is still full, I recently refilled it. I have refilled the black ink cartridge at least twice, maybe a three times. I then took both cartridges out, wiped off the nozzles, replaced and tried again. Printer on/off, computer restarted, everything I could think of to reset this light, (which prevents me from printing anything!) Anyone have a great idea for me to fix this problem? Thanks!
Sometimes refilling them over and over doesn't work well. Once ok...but i suggest that you buy a new cartridge. I know that they are expensive but it will help. Also take some Rubbing alchohol and a q-tip...clean inside where the cartridge sits..that will help...this is for sure a bad ink cartridge
