I have the Delstar DS 4327 and everytime I load songs onto the MP3 player, it says "empty disk". When I look at it from My Computer it shows that there are songs on the MP3. Why is this?
When I unplug the MP3 from the USB port, it asks me if I want to create a playlist, and I say yes.....but still no songs!!!
I had the same problem to start with but it got resolved.Too bad I'm not familiar with this technology and I don't know the correct terms to use to describe what I did but I will try. I have windows vista and I used my (windows media player) to download songs from cd and I bought a few songs from Amazon.com (I don't know if it makes a difference). When I ran the cd that came with the ds4327 I selected auto instead of manual. I tried to change to manual later but had no luck. When I sync my ds 4327 I can see on the player screen ...and?? at the same time but I leave it plugged in till the windows media player says:you can unplug device now.I had trouble to start with and my computer asked do you want windows to fix for you and I clicked on yes.It was late at night and I don't remember all of it.I hope this might help.I would suggest not giving up.I'm a complete idiot when it comes to this stuff and I just kept messing around with it.It works great now!!
Thank for your help!!! This was great!! After several attempts music was finally synced on to the device.
Have you been able to load any photos yet? Any suggestions on how to do this one?
