Sounds like you might have a fan problem. Check and make sure the fans are functioning properly.

2000 lexus ES300, low beam light turns on for few seconds then turns off by itself. What is wrong? Changed to new bulb, same problem. Please advice.

Headlight circuits are usually protected by a relay, not a fuse. Look up the location for the relays in your owner's manual, or online, and try swapping the relays for the high and low beams. That should tell you if a relay is the problem. Buy a replacement online -- much cheaper than dealer.

TEMP GOES INTO RED ZONE ON MY 1996 LEXUS ES300

Is it boiling over or do you have a bad temp gage. An easy check of the thermostat: When the engine is hot, does the heater put out heated air. If it does, then check the fan if it's electric. If it doesn't, change the thermostat.

Heated seats don't work

check your owner manual for location of fuses and relays. Fuses control low current through the switches and relays control the high current flow to the seat elements. I suspect the fuses are ok, but you might have a bad relay. Relays can be in the fuse panel in the car or under the hood in a relay box.
