Headlight circuits are usually protected by a relay, not a fuse. Look up the location for the relays in your owner's manual, or online, and try swapping the relays for the high and low beams. That should tell you if a relay is the problem. Buy a replacement online -- much cheaper than dealer.
Is it boiling over or do you have a bad temp gage. An easy check of the thermostat: When the engine is hot, does the heater put out heated air. If it does, then check the fan if it's electric. If it doesn't, change the thermostat.
Windshield washer solution won't come out. I"ve replaced the pump and the control arm attached to the steering wheel. Please advise runnig out of money and time.
check your owner manual for location of fuses and relays. Fuses control low current through the switches and relays control the high current flow to the seat elements. I suspect the fuses are ok, but you might have a bad relay. Relays can be in the fuse panel in the car or under the hood in a relay box.
