blurr y means focus out.
Also adjust brightness (reduce and check half an hour if not blur quickly need to adjust focus)

therefore need to getting help by professional technician to adjust the focus preset in the Fly back.

Also need to careful to avoid arc high tension voltage from anode and from fly back.

Also don't turn white balance much . may be monitor display off when power on if turned more. if reduce much monitor will black.

Blurred pic on tv

you can take the back off find your flyback (the big part with a red or pink wire going to the picture tube) and adjust the small pot or potentiometer closest to the top while the set is on in front of a mirror and try adusting the focus control.
if cant get nothing but blur replace the fly or focus assembly if not built in the fly. I would change both.

D50, blury pics

Blur can occur if the shutter speed is too low relative to the degree of movement of your subject(s). While the 'sports' mode favors shutter speed and adjusts the focus for moving subjects, you may still need to increase the ISO (I'm not sure the camera does that automatically), or use flash, if feasible.
Alternatively, try panning the camera with your moving subject. This should blur the background, but keep the subject from blurring.
Finally, keep in mind that in sports photography, blur is sometimes a desired outcome that produces a sense of motion in an otherwise static photo.

Hope that helps.
