Question about Creative Labs ZEN SLEEK MP3 Player
The problem that I am having is that the Sleek dumped all files. All songs are gone but it won't allow me to place any song back on it. The player will come on and still keep correct time. I have tried factory reset and still having problem. Please help me.
Try the Reload Firmware option from the Recovery Mode menu? It makes a huge difference!
Seeing as how you can access Recovery Mode, can perform its disk operations, and seeing as how your computer does recognize it, it seems there's a good chance it's simply firmware corruption causing your problem.
