Question about Dell 0Y3740 Keyboard
Disable the ATI HotKey Poller service in Windows.
Go to Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services
You should see the ATI HotKey Poller Services listed. Right Click on it and select properties. Halfway down the screen you should see the "Startup type." Choose disabled from the drop-down list, click apply, close out all applications and reboot. This should resolve your issues.

Does external kybd do same? if yes, ck disk space (c: properties) and mem usage (task manager-performance)
IF No, then you may have a bad kybd...suggest shop replace-easy fix to screw up :(

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
