Question about Canon Printers & Copiers
That error can be related to the transport assy that you pull out not going back in properly. make sure you push it back in firmly so it locates into the connectors in the rear properly. the manual says a problem with the primary corona unit but my experience is the tray. tis is a common problem even on the new models ir9000 series that use the same set up.
