What would be a reason my DeLonghi penguino heater/ac/humidifier/fan will not put out heat over 55-65 degrees F.?

Try cleaning the air filter. Odds are the motor is getting to hot and it has a safety that stops the motor from over working.

Our furnace is less than 1 year old - turned it on the other day the the blower does not work ????

Depending on which model optional blower you have, either one requires that the fan switch be turned ON for it to operate (manually or automatically). Also be sure that the blower cord is plugged into a functional* wall outlet. I have included a link to the Owner's Manual for your model Direct Vent Heater. In case you have misplaced yours. Starting on page 18, you will find the 2 optional blower models.Determine which one you have and follow their suggested recommendations, as one requires oiling several times during the heating season.

* "Functional" meaning there is power to that outlet and a circuit breaker has not been tripped.

If you continue to have an unsolvable problem contact Empire Comfort Systems Technical Service Dept 800-851-3153. The blower has a I year warranty. If you have your dated Proof of Purchase, repairs or replacement may be covered.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

Need an electrical diagram for an empire WFA 35s wall heater. It is at least 30 years old. Thanks

Unfortunately, Empire Comfort Systems hasn't made that wall heater in years. Never the less, you may get lucky by calling Empire direct @ 800-851-3153 and ask for Technical Service. Maybe one of the old timers can help you out.

The heater is less than two years old and it blows cold air, and not heat!

Make sure with a multimeter that the heater is having the continuity and the switch is contacting correctly . If so the heater must work.
If not the coil can be faulty or the switch can be defective.

FV sensor went out when ainting the basement floor. The fumes burned out the sensor, purchased a new sensor, went to install and nothing happens. AO Smith water heater pro/Max

I find that most times when people think something is wrong and "FIX" it "BUT" it doesn't help, that just wasn't the correct diagnosis.
You may do better to look inside your info. that came with your W/H or call the company directly.
You didn't say how old it is. In some cases if the W/H is less than 1 year old they will repair it at no cost.
Hope This Helps;

Light switches turn on but there is no heat. What am I to do with it? please help

This could be many things - like the thermostat, the wiring, one of the heating elements, etc. Unless this unit is less than 3 years old and depending on the use, it might be less expensive to replace it.

Unit will start, run about 5 seconds and

You did not state the model numbers of the heaters, so a good guess is all that I can do. Manuals might be available, but models are a must.

By your description the heaters are Hot Surface Ignitor types, opposed to the older technology spark plug heater. Right or wrong? Technology is different & troubleshooting is different.

The heaters are shutting down because the photocell is not seeing the flame, or the flame color is not absolutely correct. The photocell tells the computer to shut the heater down for safety reasons. It's going to be your job to troubleshoot and find out what's wrong.

Having a problem with a heater i bought

I have the same heater and when that happens just unplug it for about 15 minutes and plug it back in and it should work fine. It only does this for me when I am using a extension cord or a power strip. It needs a dedicated power supply (wall outlet) with nothing else attached. If you must use a extension cord I have found that the heavy gauge orange power cord is the only one that does not overheat and causes the heater to shut off. The heater comes with a 3 year warranty, the longest warranty I have ever seen with a heater.
