The battery is really only there for the electric start. Put a digital volt meter on it while running it under the load of the AC unit. Or if it goes off on the overload with the AC unit, try a variable load like an electric heater or two that you can switch on in steps. Most space heaters or hair dryers have a 1000w, 1250w 1500w so you can increase the load. Watch what the voltage does. If at 1500-2500 watt load the voltage starts to drop drastically, say from 125v down to 90 or 80v as the load increases, that usually indicates a problem with it not getting enough fuel. On these inverter generators, the carburetor is controlled by the inverter by the use of a throttle motor. As the inverter senses the demand for more power, it increases the throttle to deliver more horse power of the engine, thus meeting the demand for more electrical power out.
I have seen a couple things cause this. A partially plugged jet in the carburetor can cause it. A bad throttle motor (Part# 21) on the top of the carb can go bad. I even had one that I caused myself by not putting the little spring (part #20 on the exploded view of the carb) that sits under the throttle motor in correctly.

It could also be that the spark arrestor is plugged up restricting the exhaust

RV connected 2 external AC-check light on dometic refer comes on when RV batteries r low. I thought refer automatically operates on AC when connected to external AC and don't understand check light.

I go with the converter solution IF you have controls set properly. I have use a 12V trickle charger (relatively inexpensive) to verify and supplement a weak inverter. Since you said your hook to AC you have power for the trickle charger.

SUA3000RMI2U won't carry load

Did you run this test without AC input?
Also what happens when you cut off the AC mains without any load connected to it? Will the UPS continue to run or does it switch off as well?

SUNROOF CHRYSLER 300 NOT CLOSING PROPERLEY

Lubricate the sunroof sliding mechanism with some spray lubricant/greece .
If the roof closes properly with the engine running, then check your battery voltage.
If your roof still doesn't close properly, then check the wind deflector strip which pops up when the roof is open. It should be held in by clips, but may have come unclipped, or bent.
If none of this helps, then take out the roof lining and inspect the inner workings, motor and gear.

WILL A TRACE 2012 INVERTER RUN A 15000 BTU RV AIR CONDITIONER

According to specs, they will take a 44 amp AC power surge. Obviously number and type of batteries as well as battery condition , etc, plugged in, not plugged in to outside hydro, or generator all come in to play here, but a 15,000 BTU roof AC will only draw, 15-17Amps AC when compressor kicking in, ( or less on some new models) and should level out at 12 -13 amp draw after. As well, this will depend on proper wiring to and from main panel as well as AC unit, and incoming voltage, AC unit condition ( cleaned and maintained properly) etc.

My problem is dash lights come on when i brake lightly battery light flickers car dies all power out no lights nothing then back to normal

Sounds like a short in the brake light circuit that overloads the alternator.
I'd check / replace the bulbs for brake lights.

I had this happen once...
When you brake...your brake lights come on.
BUT, because the bottom of the bulb or bulbs have shorted, this provides a path for your running lights and dashlights to come on as well and the short tends to overload the alternator causing the flickering battery light.

Because the alternator is taking an overload like that...I'd have it and the battery checked for proper performance.

I'll bet the back bulbs or bulb sockets need attention...

Hope this helps...

2001 f 150 extended cab. trailer lights were working. had to replace a trailer light uhit because it was broken. now lights do not work properly. running lights work. turn signal only works if running...

The description of the problem is very confusing. If the trailer is disconnected, do all of the functions work OK? If so the problem is with the trailer wires. If all worked before you replaced the light, then thats where the problem lies. The turn signal/brake lights are a seperate circuit than the running lights. The brown should be hot with running lights, and the yellow and green are the turn/brake signals. The trailer lights should be grounded to the trailer frame, and the frame connected to the white wire, Make sure the white wire is connected to the plug on the truck side and connected to the frame of the truck. The turn signal that works with only the running lights on doesnt make sense, and grounds are the most common item. Some Ford trucks have seperate fuses for right and left. There a small fuse box under the hood, near the brake booster.

I have a eu3000 overload safety shuts it down at about 1100 watts

Can you verify the amp draw on the output? This gen should handle 25 amps continuous. I wonder if you actually have a bit more that 9 amps? It would be nice to check the frequency and volts too...A Fluke multi-meter can read these values.

Drain for a colelam rv air conditioer

It is entirely possible that a five minute test would not produce any noticeable amount of water. Turn off everything in the house that is using electricity and your 20 AMP service will be sufficient to run your AC.

Flashing green and orange battery light on body of laptop

The flashing orange light indicates that the battery isn't working properly. This could be due to either the battery being worn out, or a battery fail safe has kicked in. Either way the battery will need to be replaced in order to fix this. Since the performance isn't quite right, I'm going to say that a fail safe has engaged, you can confirm this by running the computer without the battery and see how the performance is. You will need to replace the battery, and the replacement will make the machine work properly.

Laptop won't turn on

The blinking orange battery light generally indicates that the battery isn't working properly, usually going out and not charging properly. In this case, since the adapter will not power the machine without the battery, and it should, I'm going to say that the adapter is going out and not getting the proper amount of power to the system. Try replacing the adapter. Be sure to replace it with a Dell replacement, the Targus brand universal adapters do not work well with Dell machines, and in most cases won't work at all.
