Problem for 2wire (1000-400108-001) Router

2 wire Router is not working

My 2 wire router has 3 lights. When i first turn it on the power light blinks until it stays green. Then a few seconds later both the broadband link and local network lights go orange. This process is repeated over and over again.

I had a similar problem when the power went out and the router got hooped, the solution was to UNPLUG the power CONVERTER from the wall and wait ten minutes before plugging it in again.
