Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOKRZR K1 Cellular Phone
I can't seem to fix it! The letters on the screen are all reversed and i tried charging it and turning it on and off and taking everything out and putting it back in but nothing works! And the worst part is it's a brand new phone!
Try a master Reset.
To perform a master reset on the handset, follow these steps:
NOTE: A master reset restores the original factory settings and can erase all downloaded content, including ringtones, camera images, contacts stored in the handset memory, and Java™ applications. It does not erase data stored on the SIM card or memory card. Back up all necessary data on the handset memory before proceeding.
