Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I am having this error. I noticed you said it was a bad or missing hard drive. What are my options?
K well this is tricky when putting in a new hard drive the tech needs to have the software on his computer to load it.. you can get one from nationwide board repair they need to know the exact model of the copier then the tech installs it and loads system software. you could try holding down the 1 and 9 keys for a few seconds at turn on this runs the disk check it may take 20 minutes to complete when it says done turn it off then on its worth a shot good luck
