Question about Brother Office Equipment & Supplies
- For approx. 2 wks. readout was yellow cartridge needs replacing. Had never used anything but black so ignored and continued to use with no problem. Replaced the black about a week ago and have been able to fax and copy. Now, just recently message readout says "No cartridge - yellow" and instructions on opening cartridge door and replacement.
Cannot fax or copy now.
Could you tell me the model number please as I had this problem today and I think I might have an answer for you.
