sounds like head gasket needs replaced it is getting air in the system and back flowing to the easiest spot to get out

I've had a 1990 Acclaim, a 1990 Shadow, and a 1998 Breeze, all have a head gasket leak. The Breeze was the only one to have oil leak and it was on the rear of the engine. I'd guess that's your problem.

What's probably happening is the weep hole on the water pump is leaking water. The weep hole is a warning sign that the water pump needs replaced. You don't have any heat because the impeller in the water pump is no longer circulating water.

What size engine do you have? Also, to verify I understand, the leak is on the front side of the engine, same side as the belts, coming from around the crank shaft balancer? If that is the case, then yes, I would have to agree with J.D. in that the gasket may be at fault. Let me know what the engine size is that way I can tell you if there are any other possibilities.
it is a 2.0L and what gasket is that head gasket ?
i just put pump on and all hoses r perfect double checked. didnt even start it and when i was filling it back up b4 the start it just pours out
no water n oil or anything. ran fine before its my dads car n he said he wanted me to put water pump on cause thats where he said it was leaking but wrong. he said it was running fine b4 just pouring out water like crazy
its either coming from around crank or back of engine
someone told me it could be the soft plug. I have no clue where this could be.
