i have a hp f something and sometimes when i power it on, it just makes a buzzing sound every 5 seconds and it wont come on. i hear the fans going but it wont connect with the monitor. could it be that the fans needs cleaning? this is what one of my friends says, i can see dust on the inside fans. if so, how do i do this
