Question about Westell Wirespeed LiteLine 6100 (B9961001002) Modem
I had spyware removed from my computer. The hard drive was cleaned and I need to reintall all programs. the computer does not recognize the westell modem thru the USB port. Do I need to reinstall the drivers for the modem?
Yes, you will need to reinstall the USB drivers of the westell modem.
The drivers are on the CD that came with the modem.
Check the device manager if the computer is still detecting the modem. If yes, then just reinstall the modem.
If no, unplug and replug the modem from the usb port of the computer and a found new hardware wizard should appear.
Hope this helps!
