Your stuck disc could be as a result of misalignment.However,it is not advisable to DIY as this may completely damage the DVD ROM.Contact a Bose Technician for realignment or replacement of the ROM.

THE TRAY LOADING/EJECT GEAR CRACKS, SO IT WILL NOT ROTATE WITH MECH GEAR, NEED TO REPLACE GEAR.

I have the same problem....it just gradually got worse...now it just doesn't work.
