Adem?s, el n?mero de serie tambi?n se puede encontrar en el propio CD, en una hoja cuadrada de papel verde del tama?o de una cubierta de CD. El n?mero de serie tambi?n se almacenar? en el registro de la computadora, pero esto no deber?a ser necesario para la instalaci?n.

Hi gogoc_da_man,

Take the CD out of the drive, and then reboot your system, then insert the CD again, and you'll get the install icon back.

You will all need to call Olympus to have the software be emailed to you as it is not available for download from their website. The telephone number to call is 888-553-4448 option 5 and then option 2 for Digital Voice Recorders

Assuming this is a Windows installation on the same OS that you used before, are you installing as administrator ?
